* Lead a team of leaders running day-to-day factory operations across production, quality and maintenance
* Lead growth and the facilities upgrade of 60,000 square feet of manufacturing space
* Make step improvements to facilities, as well as applying Lean and Continuous Improvement frameworks
* Embody and strengthen the business culture of healthy working relationships, fairness and service, consistent with Fair Trade principles
* Build team capacity, identify and mentor emerging leaders, transferring technical and management skills
* Ensure a strong culture of Health & Safety to international standards
๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ:
* Set appropriate quality standards across a wide range of products
* Ensure strong quality systems and inspection processes
* Drive defect reduction and corrective action systems
๐Œ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ˆ๐ง๐Ÿ๐ซ๐š๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐œ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž:
* Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities
* Ensure reliability and maintenance of all machinery and equipment

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
* Minimum 10โ€“15 yearsโ€™ experience in manufacturing industries with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role
* Bachelorโ€™s degree from any reputed University (Masterโ€™s preferred)
* Strong personal ethics, and an understanding of externally audited ethical manufacturing
* Understanding of machinery & manufacturing processes, preferably in a related sector (furniture), or able to transfer manufacturing expertise from another sector
* Skilled in practical problem solving and best practice Lean and Continuous Improvement Tools
* Very confident to engage in English communication with international owners, customers, suppliers
