𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚, 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡

We are looking for an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor with a strong engineering design background to join our team in Bangladesh.

This role focuses on managing all costs for mechanical and electrical systems in our construction projects.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

* Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems)

* Review M&E design drawings to identify cost-saving opportunities (value engineering)

* Manage the tendering process and subcontractor contracts

* Handle project payments, track variations, and prepare final accounts

* Collaborate with design teams, clients, and contractors on all cost-related matters

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

* Minimum 5 years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor

* Direct experience in M&E systems design

* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management
